Records found, if correct, indicate that Frank started the naturalization process in an Indianna court in 1879, was he on his way to Kansis City? This Indianna record was made a part of a later New York City record dated February 17, 1885, that completed the process. Frank was listed as living at 135 West 15th Street and was a Grocer..
